The Sea

In only a short drive you’ll find many beaches and coastal villages each of which offers their own delights: from small secluded coves to long sandy beaches and charming fishermen villages all well worth a visit. We have chosen a few to  show you but of course there are many more.

The famous Cadaques, one of the best preserved Spanish fishing villages, a pleasure to visit, a lot to see. Sant Pere Pescador offers a seemingly endless expanse of fine sand and dunes. Probably the only wild long sandy beach in Spain thanks to the Nature Park which it is a part of. Sant Marti d’Empuries is a medieval village on the coast with sandy beaches and typical costa brava rock formations, both sight seeing and beach activities can be enjoyed here. L’Escala – Llançà – Colera, all have sandy and stony beaches, and many activities for the visitor, windsurfing, paddle-board, kayaking and sailing lessons there are over forty different beaches, some more accessible than others.
